- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a 35 year old male weighing 195lbs. I was the first appointment of the day at 8am. I got into the examination room by 8:15 and then sat in the gown by myself until 9:00am. Dr O'Heelan came in and immediately told me I need to be on a Low Fat Diet and choose a Mediteranean diet for me. There were no questions about how to make healthy living work with my busy schedule or any attempt to educate me on why I need to make chnges - she simply spouted off what she says to everyone and kicked me out of the room after a 10 minute examination.
